Mafa Tech provides website design, development, mobile app development, cybersecurity consulting, networking solutions and related IT services. Specific project scope, timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal for each engagement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or requesting services.
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair our systems.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones and final balances, will be specified in individual project agreements. Refunds, where applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the specific service agreement signed by both parties.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all designs, code and creative assets developed by Mafa Tech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement. Mafa Tech reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests confidentiality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mafa Tech will make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality, reliable services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. Mafa Tech reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for non-payment or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
